CoolReserve: Pantry is an independent household inventory tool. It is not affiliated with any grocery retailer, meal-kit service, or food brand.

This Privacy Policy describes how CoolReserve: Pantry (the “Application”) handles information when you use our fridge and pantry food desk for iPhone and iPad. The Application is provided by Laree Enterprises LLC (“we”, “us”, or “our”).
Information We Collect
CoolReserve: Pantry does not require an account, sign-up, or login. We do not ask for your name, email, phone number, or location inside the app. We do not run third-party analytics, advertising networks, or usage trackers.
The following data is stored locally on your device only:
- Stock items you enter (names, zones, quantities, unit costs, purchase and expiry dates, open/used status)
- Household preferences you choose during onboarding (such as household size, savings goal, or dietary notes)
- Meal plans, shopping lines, rescue matches, and savings ledger events you create
- Optional receipt and fridge photos you choose to attach for local processing or reference
- Calculated risk scores, rescue rankings, and savings figures derived from your entries
On-Device Receipt Processing
If you use Capture to photograph or select a grocery receipt, text recognition runs on your device using Apple’s Vision frameworks. Suggested stock lines are shown for your confirmation before anything is saved. Photos used for this purpose are not uploaded to our servers — we do not operate a backend for receipt processing.
Fridge photos are reference only. The Application does not invent inventory items from fridge images; you confirm each entry manually.
How We Use Information
Because we do not collect personal data on our servers, there is nothing for us to profile, share, or sell. Desk, Stock, Rescue, Plan, and Capture features operate using data stored in the Application’s private space on your device.
Data Storage & Retention
All of your content remains in local app storage. There is no cloud sync and no remote backup operated by us. Deleting the Application permanently removes associated local data from your device.
Third-Party Services
CoolReserve: Pantry includes no third-party analytics SDKs, advertising networks, or marketing trackers. Recipe suggestions ship as a bundled catalog inside the app. Optional App Store links on this website open Apple’s storefront; Apple’s privacy practices apply to App Store visits.
Children’s Privacy
The Application does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Because no personal data is collected or transmitted to us, the app aligns with COPPA and similar child-privacy standards for general audiences.
Your Control
You can edit or delete stock, plans, and ledger entries at any time inside the app. Uninstalling the Application removes all stored content from your device.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy to reflect app improvements or legal requirements. When we do, we will revise the effective date above. The core commitment — local storage, no accounts, no sale of personal data — will not change without clear notice.
